Thanks for your kind reply. In fact, I am welcoming you so that you may not feel any sense of loneliness here as you are visiting here. Because I am here to help you whenever in need. Well, for not knowing Manipuri language, don't worry if you love it. Because within a year, Google Translate is soon to approve Manipuri language (aka. Meitei language). I know that! ꯈꯨꯔꯨꯝꯖꯔꯤ Haoreima, this would be great news when Google Translate supports the Manipuri language and this beautiful script. It is interesting to see that diacritics are used for most of the vowels much like the vowel points of the Hebrew script. You seem to be the driving force for this project. Great! And today I am elated for your kind and warm response. I feel like my efforts of helping others got helpful. Well, our common places of working include Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata. In case, if I want to ask you anything regarding Commons, please allow me to ask you here in this mni wiki in case I want to lessen the audience or public intervention between our talks (as Commons is very crowded place). Vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit, mein Herr! I need your help for c:Template:Omp (c:Template:Lang-omp). Here, unlike other templates, the name of the language always appear as "omp" and not "Old Manipuri" or "ꯑꯂꯤꯄ ꯃꯤꯇꯩꯂꯣꯟ" (in native transliterations) as given by the ISO. It is for simple:Ancient Meitei language (aka. Old Manipuri language). ꯒꯧꯇꯝꯀꯨꯃꯥꯔ ꯑꯣꯢꯅꯥꯝ (وسيم) (ꯋꯥ ꯍꯥꯏꯐꯝ) ꯱꯸:꯴꯱, ꯲꯴ ꯑꯣꯛꯇꯣꯕꯔ ꯲꯰꯲꯱ (IST)[ꯄꯥꯎꯈꯨꯝ ꯄꯤꯕ]
This appears to be challenging, Haoreima! As I understand, the names of a language come from the {{#language}} construct which in turn is based on the CLDR extension which relies on data directly from the Unicode consortium. You can checkout the current state at http://www.unicode.org/Public/cldr/latest/core.zip. If you unpack this zip archive, you will find a subdirectory named common/main which contains xml files with the translations. There is currently no support for the Ancient Meitei language with language code omp. But the name of the Manipuri language with code mni is supported by 124 languages in total. Look for instructions at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/CLDR if you are interested in submitting new data for omp. I'm no expert in this area. Other Wikimedians like Nemo_bis can be more helpful here. Regards, AFBorchert (ꯋꯥ ꯍꯥꯏꯐꯝ) ꯱꯹:꯵꯷, ꯲꯴ ꯑꯣꯛꯇꯣꯕꯔ ꯲꯰꯲꯱ (IST)[ꯄꯥꯎꯈꯨꯝ ꯄꯤꯕ]

More help from a Wikisource perspective is provided by en:s:Help:Beginner's guide to Index: files and en:s:Help:Index pages. Please make sure that a proper documentation about the copyright status of that book is provided in the {{Book}} template. See c:COM:INDIA for copyright rules for works published in India. You will need to make sure that {{PD-India}} and {{PD-US-expired}} apply or {{PD-India-URAA}}. India copyright law works with pma 60. Hence, books published in India are ok if the author died 1960 or earlier (per copyright law of India) and if the book was published in 1925 or earlier (per US copyright law). Alternatively, it is also ok according to US law if the author died 1940 or earlier per URAA agreement. I hope this helps. ꯕꯥꯏ, AFBorchert (ꯋꯥ ꯍꯥꯏꯐꯝ) ꯲꯱:꯱꯲, ꯱ ꯅꯣꯚꯦꯝꯕꯔ ꯲꯰꯲꯱ (IST)[ꯄꯥꯎꯈꯨꯝ ꯄꯤꯕ]

Hi Haoreima, please do not use Google to translate your questions to German as this is likely to generate funny or unintended results. For example, a “Drehbuch” is a screenplay. I do not think you meant this. You are apparently wondering whether I can see the typeface of the Manipuri script. The correct term in German would be “Schrift” and the individual glyphs are “Schriftzeichen”. Yes, I see them on my computer, an iMac running MacOS 10.15.7 using Google Chrome 95.0.4638.69 as web browser which uses Noto Sans Meetei Mayek to render these glyphs. Thank you, Sir! Actually, my basic German knowledge isn't enough to talk to a German person in a free flow. That's why I consult Google Translate. I wasn't aware that GT will make such a mistake! Hi Sakura emad, unfortunately I cannot give much help with Windows as I am never using that operating system. The style sheet of the Wikipedia page simple suggests font-family: sans-serif;. It is then up to the web browser to select a font matching that description and whenever the selected font doesn't support the Unicode characters of the Manipuri script, you will see the boxes instead of the correct glyphs. I am not sure about best practices for this on Windows but, if nothing else helps, Google chrome extensions like this one for advanced font settings could be helpful. According to en:Help:Multilingual support#Meitei, Microsoft Windows includes the font Nirmala UI which appears to support the Manipuri script. Hello Sir! Yesterday, Google Translate has approved Meitei language along with Meitei script. Now, if you wish, you can read any Meitei language websites! USA & Canada friends informed me that they are completely ok to use the tool. But in India & Australia, I got information that still there are some problems in using the translation tool. When I contact Google Translate correspondents, they told me that it will take some time to fix the issues little by little. But regarding the European countries, I am almost nil in knowledge. Hi Haoreima, sorry for responding that late. Google Translate appears to work fine in Germany. This is the translation I get for teaser of the article about king Felipe VI on the main page:
Felipe VI or Philip VI ( Spanish : [ feˈlipe ]) ( Felipe Juan Pablo Alfonso de Todos los Santos de Borbón y Grecia ; born 30 January 1968) is the King of Spain . He was the son of Eng. On June 19, 2014, the King was enthroned. This is after the accession of his father, Juan Carlos I. He is survived by his mother, Sofia, and two daughters, Infanta Elena and Infanta Christina. Eng. In 2004, Felipe married TV journalist Letizha Ortiz. They have two daughters, Leonore (who will be the next son) and Sophia. .....
